Austin-Healey 3000 Mk1 (BT7) from 1960. Car sold new in Sweden 1960 and had never been of the road for a total restoration until 2007. The team's driver bought the car on November 29th 2004 from Autocollection Museum. For 2005 is was prepared for road use and occational sprints. This resulted in a budget rebuild to race-spec for 2006 which then resulted in the sale of Anders' Caterham Superlight race car and the money invested in the Healey for 2007 season.

With proper suspension, brakes, gearbox and rearaxle only the engine output held back the speed through out the season. "2007 was a great season. Not in any of the 11 races were we passed by any other car in our class. However, 2 races were not completed in the way intended...!" says the team's driver Anders. With the great results of 9 wins in 2007 AH Performance Spares stepped in as the teams main sponsor and allowed for a proper engine up-grade with much stronger engine internals for 2008. Also the car was subject to a major rebuild with a new frame, full 8 point rollcage and new paint.

We now have the car up to a standard where we are close to the limits of what is allowed and possbile. For the future we will work with numerous of small improvements to fine tune anything from corner weight, brake balance, suspension settings, driver comfort and so on.
